How Founders Get By Financially Early On: Secondary Liquidity

Live Workshop

Workshop Recording

Founders often rely on equity for compensation in lieu of cash with the hope of someday reaching a meaningful exit. However, how do Founders survive before an exit event happens? We’ve supported many founders who are worth millions on paper, but don’t have any actual cash in the bank to live a life off of. To buy a house. To support a family.

Secondary liquidity provides a way to relieve immediate financial pressures and get cash in the hands of founders today, while allowing them and their teams to focus on the startup’s long-term objectives – a benefit to the founder, their team and investors.

Join Savano Capital and Graphite as we discuss secondary liquidity options for founders and the state of the market.
